Charlie Mack, CCIM
Charlie Mack, a Las Vegas native, has been active in the Southern Nevada commercial real estate industry since 1978, when he joined Mack Realty, a company whose name he acquired in 1998. Mack Realty’s practice is limited to commercial and investment real estate. The firm specializes in land acquisition for development and investment; retail, office and industrial site selection; tenant representation; and investment acquisition and counseling. Charlie's clients consist of national, regional and local companies, in addition to many prominent local professional and business leaders.
From 2001 to 2007, Charlie was a member of the Nevada Real Estate Commission, serving as its President in 2004-2005. Appointed by Nevada’s Governor, the five-member commission conducts disciplinary hearings, approves all real estate education courses, advises the Nevada Real Estate Division and adopts regulations governing the activities of Nevada’s approximately 25,000 real estate licensees.
With his unquestioned integrity, Charlie has built a reputation as a respected expert witness. As a former Nevada Real Estate Commissioner, he is well-versed in areas of ethics, agency, due diligence and procuring cause. As a CCIM for more than 20 years, he has considerable knowledge in the fields of commercial real estate decision-making, highest-and-best use and investment analysis.
